Sign Up Incentives
Apply anytime on or after July 22 to receive the incentive of $0 Initial Payment. The $250.00 initial payment is prepayment of a portion of the fall semester charges, and typically required to complete a Housing application. The $250 is not a deposit, as it will not be returned at the end of the academic year.
Apply anytime on or after July 22, and the Initial Payment will be reduced to $0. The $250 payment will be included as part of the Fall term charges, rather than at the time of the application submission.
Information on the prior Incentives that have passed?
- $500 Early Bird Credit - Deadline: May 1, 2025.
- $400 Summer Sale Credit - Deadline: July 18, 2025.
Prior incentives cannot be stacked/combined with other Housing Credit Incentives. Housing Credit incentives offered are good for CSUEB students only. To be automatically considered, students must have completed a Housing Contract for 2025-2026, remain enrolled full-time, and live on-campus for the full license period.All Housing credits awarded will be evenly distributed across Fall 2025 and Spring 2026 terms. Funds can only be used for Housing, and cannot be applied to tuition or other fees. Allocated funds may adjust current financial aid packages.
