Facilities Development & Operations (FD&O) serves as a steward of the University's physical environment, maintaining and preserving the buildings, grounds, infrastructure, and systems that support the campus community. Our work extends across the academic campus and Concord Center, as well as Housing, Athletics, and Auxiliary operations, helping provide safe, functional, and reliable facilities that support teaching, learning, research, residential life, and the wide range of educational activities that take place across the University.
