**Remember, you must schedule an appointment on the .
At the main Move-In Appointments, Housing staff will provide curbside check-in along with personalized support to help you settle into your new space. If you arrive during a Late Appointment, you’ll be directed to wait at the Lassen Office until a staff member can provide you with your check-in package and additional self-guided resources to assist with your move-in. It is imperative that you set up appointments to ensure we are aware of your arrival.
Late Move-In Days
Appointment availability has been carefully designed to optimize your move-in experience. We ask that you look at available options to plan accordingly. Should you have unresolved conflicts and cannot make the “main” Move-In appointments, late appointments will open up for selection on August 6th. Late appointments are recommended only if you cannot make the main move-in dates and times.
Please note, the license agreement period begins on August 13, 2026. If you arrive at a later date, you must communicate this to the Housing Office. Later arrivals, do not change the terms of your occupancy period.

- Contact those you are living with before you arrive and get to know each other. Check out the image below for suggested items to talk about!
- Schedule your Suite/Apartment Agreement with your Resident Assistant early on! The Agreement is your opportunity to establish shared expectations around guests, cleaning, noise level, etc.
- Walk with those you live with about how you best receive feedback if there is a concern they want to talk about with you.
- Communicate any concerns calmly and early so that the concerns can be addressed before it becomes a larger issue.
- Ask your RA for support! An RA can help learn how to effectively share concerns you might have with those you live with.
