PI Meeting
Thank you to everyone who joined us for our PI Meeting last week. We appreciated the thoughtful discussion and engagement from faculty and staff across campus.

Effort Certification
Thank you to everyone who has reached out with questions about Effort Certification. Under federal regulations, CSU East Bay is required to confirm that salary charged to sponsored projects reasonably reflects the work performed on those activities. At East Bay, effort is certified twice each year.
To help provide additional context on the purpose and importance of Effort Certification, ORSP has developed a new webpage with guidance, background information, and answers to common questions.
Review our new Effort Certification webpage.
If you have questions about the data reflected in your Effort Certification report routed through Adobe Sign, please contact your Post-Award Analyst.
ORSP Contacts by Topic
Not sure whom to contact within ORSP? We have developed a new resource to help faculty and staff quickly identify the appropriate point of contact for proposal development, award administration, compliance, research development, and other sponsored programs support.
